You are so welcome for a pregnancy massage. I am a midwife with an enormous feeling for pregnant women and the value of body work with women, 2h15 is always reserved for you so that the massage is not just an 'in and out' massage.

 

Just arriving, landing with a foothbath, 90 min of wonderful massage and then some quiet time to get back and integrate before you return home very quietly at your pace. There is always tea (pregnancy proof) ready for you. Because it is super important to drink well after a massage and to land back.

You can also choose to be massaged at your home if it is difficult to move around. Also at your home, time is taken before the massage to tune in. The afterglow is then done quietly while I close the door behind me.

A pregnancy massage is a massage that focuses on your pregnant body and has many physical benefits besides relaxation. A lot of pregnancy ailments can be relieved, deep relaxation occurs which results in better blood circulation and lowers your stress hormones. It is also a moment of being completely 1 with your baby, with yourself and to feel. There has been a study showing the benefit of pregnancy massage in relation to risk of preterm birth.

And an additional boost from infrared light: strengthening the immune system, wellbeing for your skin, soothing for the muscles,...
