75 minutes of wonderful massage with infrared light and then some time to relax under the infrared lamp. To return home at your own pace. There is always fresh lemon water and tea ready for you. Because it is super important to drink well after a massage to remove and land the released waste products.

You can also choose to be massaged at your home. Even at your home, time is taken to tune in before the massage. You can then enjoy the afterglow quietly while I close the door behind me.​
